Cordo is a table reservation platform for nightclubs and venues. This privacy policy explains what personal data we collect when you make a reservation through cordoclubs.com, why we collect it, and how it is used.

2. What data we collect

When you make a reservation, we collect the following information:

  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Party size
  • Reservation details (event, table, date, deposit amount)

3. Why we collect it

Your data is collected solely for the purpose of processing and managing your table reservation. Specifically:

  • To confirm and send your reservation details via email
  • To allow venue staff to identify you at the door
  • To process your deposit payment securely via Stripe
  • To contact you if there is an issue with your reservation

4. Payment processing

Deposit payments are processed by Stripe. Cordo does not store your card details. Stripe's privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Confirmation emails

After a successful reservation, we send a confirmation email to the address you provided. Emails are sent via Resend from reservations@cordoclubs.com. We do not send marketing emails.

6. Data sharing

Your personal data is shared only with the venue you are making a reservation at, for the purpose of managing your reservation. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

7. No-show policy

If you do not show up for your reservation without cancelling, this is recorded against your email address. Guests with 3 or more no-shows may be blocked from making future reservations.

8. Data retention

Reservation data is retained for as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us at karlo@cordoclubs.com.

9. Your rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at karlo@cordoclubs.com.
